The villa has a ground and first floor with an private pool and terrace (mini cafeteria).

• Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor & 2 on the first floor)
• The villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms
• Each room has a double bed and can accommodate upto 6 people in each room  with an extra single bed (extra mattresses would be provided)
• Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms
• Wardrobes and corner table with lockers are available in all the rooms 

• The living area is located on the ground floor with open kitchen
• The dining area seats 4 people
• The living area is well lit with vintage furniture
• Direct View of swimming pool

• The villa has 3 private bathrooms (one in each room)
• The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply including bathtub.
• Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided

• Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cooking utensils, crockery and a water purifier.
• Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost with advance notice
• All meals will be prepared by the cook at an additional charge of Rs.1200 for

  per day for non-veg food .

• Veg food per person Rs.1000. ( lunch, evening tea, dinner and breakfast)

• Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.

• The villa has a private pool overlooking the mountain view and can easily accommodate upto 10 people
• Pool size: 20ft x 10ft with two waterfalls and a depth of 4.5ft ( kids- 3.5ft)

• The villa has Mini cafeteria on terrace with express highway and mountain view.
• Terrace area can easily accommodate upto 20 people
